Development Review Planner

The City of Sarasota is seeking a Development Review Planner

Salary Range:  $33.5886 – $43.6652 Hourly / $69,864.29 – $90,823.62 Annually

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree with specialization in Urban Planning or a closely related field.
• Three (3) years of professional experience in urban planning, and two (2) years of which was in a recognized planning agency; or the equivalent in education, training, and experience, which would provide the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Master Degree from an accredited college or university in Urban Planning or closely related field is preferred.
