Development Review Planner / Sr. Development Review Planner

The City of Sarasota is seeking Review Planners or Sr. Development Review Planners – Based upon experience level.

Bachelor Degree with specialization in Urban Planning or a closely related field.
Three (3) years of professional experience in urban planning, and two (2) years of which was in a recognized planning agency; or the equivalent in education, training, and experience, which would provide the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities.
Master Degree from an accredited college or university in Urban Planning or closely related field is preferred.
