Position Title: DIA – Redevelopment Coordinator

Salary: $52,000.00 – $80,000.00 Annually

This position serves as lead staff to the Downtown Development Review Board (“DDRB”) and permit reviews; provides input concerning the implementation of downtown economic development and redevelopment programs, land use planning, and code compliance; and assists with management of contracts for design and / or construction of Downtown Capital Projects. Position requires working with developers and their agents or design team through the review process allowing for creative designs and plans that meet the Downtown Design Guidelines.
