Under the general direction of the Housing Manager, this position performs specialized professional and supervisory work involving administering and overseeing multiple federal, state, and local grant programs, contracts; monitoring all programs and ensuring compliance with specific rules, regulations, goals, and objectives established in the various grant programs.
Requires any combination of education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Economics, Economic Development, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a closely related field and five years of progressively responsible experience in related work, including supervisory or management experience.
