Planner II

Zoning role you will work within the Planning and Zoning Division of the Planning and Development Services Department and will primarily work on review of rezones, special exceptions, and site development applications for compliance with zoning regulations contained in the Unified Development Code (UDC). You will also assist with, track, and make recommendations on UDC amendments, assisting in the work product, including participation and presentation at public hearings. In this role you will also assist with research, strategic plan items, and special projects as needed.
